To book a slot for unloading and loading, please send an e-mail to DHL Trade Fairs & Events UK Limited horst@dhl-exh.com, indicating the days, times and vehicles involved. DHL will confirm or indicate slots for you, depending on availability. Priority will be given to larger stands and those who have sent their request first.
DHL will manage all time slots for truck arrivals in order to manage the loading bay. All handling from truck to stand must be carried out by DHL. We take this opportunity to remind you that once the vehicles have been unloaded, they must be taken immediately out of the unloading area: it is absolutely forbidden to park in the unloading areas.
