WCD2023 is approaching: useful information for Sponsors & Exhibitors

Dear Sponsors & Exhibitors,
WCD 2023 is only a few days away and we are very excited to greet you in Singapore!

To ensure a swift and smooth performance of all activities, please find here below a few useful details:

SET-UP & DISMANTLING

Hours of Operation (except for booths that have previously sent a different request to the Organizing Secretariat):

Please note that to access the exhibition area during set-up and dismantling it is mandatory to wear a construction safety vest. For all additional safety requirements please refer to our technical manual on the WCD website.

Dismantling / Breakdown:

No dismantling additional hours available.

• Removal of exhibits and breakdown of booths before the closure of the exhibition is prohibited.
• Exhibitors will be liable for charges incurred in the disposal of any materials remaining at the exhibition hall after this time.
• Exhibitors/Contractors must be present during dismantling to supervise the safe removal of exhibits.
• Exhibitors will be responsible for their supplier’s wrongdoings.

WORKING PASSES

The desk to collect working passes is located on Level 4 of Suntec, in front of Hall 401, and will be open starting from the 29^th of June.

Hours of Operation:

TEAM SPONSOR MANAGEMENT DESK

Roberta, Edwin and Elena will have their allocated office on Level 4 of Suntec, in front of Hall 406. There will be a desk outside of the office called SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS ASSISTANCE DESK.

REGISTRATION DESK

The registration desk to collect your badge is located in Concourse 2 and 3 on Level 3 of Suntec, and will be open starting from the 2^nd of July.

Hours of Operation:

EXHIBITION AREA

The Exhibition Area is located on Level 4 of Suntec Convention Centre.

Hours of Operation for the public:

Exhibitors can access the exhibition hall starting from 8 am.

The ribbon cut of the exhibition area will take place on the 4^th of July, starting at 8.50 am.

Putting up posters and distributing flyers, abstracts or invitations outside a sponsor’s exhibition stand or industry session room is forbidden.

LEAD RETRIEVALS/BADGE SCANNER

You may collect and return lead retrievals at the dedicated desk on Level 4, at the entrance of Hall 402.

Hours of Operation:

SLIDE PREVIEW CENTER FOR SPONSORED SESSIONS

The Speakers’ Preview Center is located at Level 3 –room 333.

Please, ensure you provide the final version of your presentation a minimum four (4) hours prior to your scheduled presentation times.

If you have booked an appointment with our technicians, please arrive on time at your allocated slot.

Hours of Operation:

PICO

The office for our general contractor PICO is located on Level 4, in front of Hall 405.

PICO will only accept credit card payments (Master or Visa only) during onsite or show days. The credit card transactions will be subject to a 4% administrative fees on the converted Singapore dollar amount.

DHL

The desk for our official freight forwarder and logistic supplier is located on Level 4, in front of Hall 401.

MANPOWER/HOSTESS/STEWARDS

If you have ordered manpower through the recommended supplier Refix, please find the dedicated desk on Level 4, in front of Hall 402.
