Speakers’ Preview Rooms

Located in Room 333, Level 3 – Suntec Convention & Exhibition Centre Located in Ocean 8, Level 2 – Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore.

The Speakers’ Preview Rooms are open to assist presenters of Congress Scientific Programme, Free Communications sessions, ILDS Member Societies & ancillary Group Meetings.

Please, ensure you provide the final version of your presentation a minimum four (4) hours prior to your scheduled presentation times.

Overflow

In the event of an overflow, attendees will be able to follow the live sessions via the official WCD2023 App by clicking on the Streaming overflow icon available on Homepage 2.

Please check the room number of the desired session and connect by clicking on the matching button. Streaming sessions can be followed in the common areas Hall 602, Hall 605 Level 6 and the plenary room Hall 603-604.

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate. Conference venue room temperature will be around 22°C/71,6°F according to Singapore regulations. We suggest to dress in layers for personal comfort.

Child Policy

The Congress does not provide childcare. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to access in the whole Congress Venue, Welcome Cocktail, and Social Evening.

Language

The official language of the Congress is English. No simultaneous translation is available.

Certificate of Attendance

Congress attendance certificates can be downloaded online, by accessing your User Area, 10 days after the end of the event. An email will be sent to inform all participants of the correct procedure.

Singapore Time is consistent with UTC+8. The Singapore Time does not have an associated daylight-saving time. The Singapore Time applies only to Singapore.
